QUICK FIX - FOUNDATION

CHOOSING THE RIGHT FOUNDATION FOR YOU

What's the best way to pick a foundation best suited for your skin type?
Easy as 1-2-3. Just swipe three tester shades on your jawline and choose the one that disappears into your skin in natural light.

Picking the right shade and blending are still musts...

How do you choose?

When choosing a Foundation -- take into consideration your skin type as well. Many of us forget this simple but very vital step.

Choose an oil-free formula for oily skin and a hydrating formula for dry skin.

BASIC FOUNDATION TIPS:
  • Mineral foundations -- work well on sensitive skin while giving medium to full coverage.
  • Oil-free and matte liquid foundations -- most suitable for oily skin, although all skin types can benefit for a matte finish. Medium to full coverage.
  • Standard liquid foundations -- work best on normal to dry skin where water is the first ingredient.
  • Powder-based foundations -- work well over sunscreen to minimize shine. Good for normal to oily skin because of it's light texture.
  • Cream-to-powder foundations -- cross between a liquid foundation and a pressed powder. Leaves a matte, powdery finish.
  • Tinted moisturizers -- great for summer! Sheer/minimal coverage.
